Meet the Team

The Dream Team

Lori Bleech, Office Manager

Lori Bleech, Office Manager

Lori is our office maven who coordinates every element of our busy day, keeps patients in the loop, and makes sure we are all on the same page. She’s been working in this office for 18 years! She thinks of our patients as our friends, and she can’t wait to get to know you. Lori likes to shop for antiques, go to the beach, and attend Get Fit Boot Camp.

Deloris Grafton, Dental Hygienist

Deloris Grafton, Dental Hygienist

Deloris is all about educating our patients. She teaches them about everything from home hygiene tips to advantages of fluoride to warning signs of oral cancer. She brings the unique energy and dedication that has authored her 30-year career in dentistry, and we are proud to say she’s spent all of those years right here with us. She says, “I consider it a privilege to be a member of the Lowery Dental Team.” In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends.

Shelli Simmons, Dental Hygienist

Shelli has been with us for 19 years, and boasts 35 years in dentistry. She loves working for a practice that values family and provides flexibility and time off. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with patients and the fact that Drs. Beth and Vasco encourage her to take the time she needs to do her absolute best. Like everyone here at Lowery Dental, she’s up-to-date on the latest dental advances, and can’t wait to meet you. She adores staying busy outside the office by running after her young grandchildren!

Shana Bowers, Dental Assistant

Shana Bowers, Dental Assistant

Shana has been in dentistry since 2005, and she is just thrilled to join such a compassionate team of doctors, hygienists, and support staff. She says she’s noticed that the “doctors and team go above and beyond in patient care.” She also enjoys helping patients who experience dental anxiety to feel more calm and relaxed. She graduated from Franklin County High School in 2006, and when she’s not at work, you’ll find her following her four-year-old daughter around.

Angie Jordan, Dental Hygienist & Assistant

Angie came to our practice after graduating from Truett-McConnell University, Lanier Technical College, and Gainesville College.  She loves educating patients with the most up to date dental information, techniques, and products. She knows how important it is to educate patients about their oral health and preventing things like decay and periodontal disease, so she will be sure to discuss your general health with you in relation to how it affects your oral heath. She can be found taking x-rays, cleaning teeth, and assisting the dentists during various procedures. Angie loves that both the doctors and the staff go above and beyond to take the very best care of every patient that they see.

Outside of work, you may see (and hear) Angie singing in the choir as she attends Sunnyside Baptist Church.

Katie McJunkin, Dental Assistant

Katie started working at our practice after being a patient of ours since she was a little girl. She is there to make sure that all of the patients are properly scheduled, all of the items sent in from outside labs are properly checked in, and in general is the technical go-to-girl of the office. She decided on a career in dentistry after growing up being self-conscious of her own smile. “I went through ortho twice,” she says. “I never want anyone to feel that way (self-conscious). Your smile is your best accessory!”

Katie loves the family work environment and that the team takes the time to really educate patients on how to achieve the best smile and oral health possible. Outside of work, she enjoys working out with her co-worker Lori, and she also loves to run. In fact, she recently finished her first half-marathon!
