Shana Walden

Office Manager

Shana has been with Lowery Dental since 2015, but she’s been working in the dental field since 2005. She’s busy every day coordinating the office schedule, making sure everyone is on the same page, and ensuring the day runs smoothly. Shana loves getting to know all of our patients and hearing about what families are doing when they come in for their appointments. Shana loves how everyone truly cares about all patients and wants them educated on dental health. Shana lives in Franklin Springs with her husband and two kids. They spend a lot of time at the lake or in the pool. They love watching UGA football!

Deloris Grafton

Registered Dental Hygienist

Deloris is all about educating our patients. She teaches them about everything from home hygiene tips to advantages of fluoride to warning signs of oral cancer. She brings the unique energy and dedication that has authored her 30-year career in dentistry, and we are proud to say she’s spent all of those years right here with us. She says, “I consider it a privilege to be a member of the Lowery Dental Team.” In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends.

Shelli Simmons

Registered Dental Hygienist

Shelli has been working in dentistry for over 40 years and she’s been a member of our talented team since 1997! Shelli helps you by removing plaque from your teeth and preventing gum disease, but what she loves most about her line of work is developing close relationships with her patients over the years. She enjoys being a part of a team that keeps up-to-date on state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Shelli loves traveling with her husband, spending time with her grandchildren, and working with plants.

Angie Jordan

Registered Dental Hygienist

Angie is no stranger to dentistry with over 30 years of experience and she’s been a member of the Lowery Dental family dating back to 2016. As your dental hygienist, Angie can provide you with a very qualified education about all things dental health. She loves giving patients the tools they need to keep their smiles healthy enough to last a lifetime. The interactions she has with her patients are what Angie loves most about her job. When she’s not caring for smiles, Angie enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends at the lake. During the fall, they enjoy attending UGA games where both her son and daughter are involved with the UGA Red Coat Band.

Katie McJunkin-Payne

Dental Assistant

Katie has been working in dentistry since 2016, the same year she joined the team at Lowery Dental as one of our much-loved dental assistants. As your dental assistant, Katie takes the time to listen to your needs and ensures every single visit and appointment to our office is comfortable and convenient for you. She loves assisting the doctors with procedures where she gets to learn more about dental care and helping patients have the healthiest smiles possible. When Katie isn’t busy helping patients, she says she enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, Austin, and their daughter, Khloe.

Caitlyn London

Dental Assistant

Caitlyn is a dental assistant with amazing training and experience from Penn Foster/Online School. She chose the line of work that she so very much loves at Lowery Dental because of how it makes her feel when she greets patients and ensures all rooms are clean and sterilized while also doing what she does best, and that’s assisting the doctors. Caitlyn says she’s a people person and loves meeting new patients. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys shopping and fishing. She’s the second child and the only girl out of five children.

Sami Stackhouse

Dental Assistant

Sami comes to Lowery Dental with several years of experience in dentistry that you’ll see when she’s your friendly dental assistant. She’s most happy working with patients who have anxiety, helping them to feel comfortable. Sami says she loves learning about her patients and being a small part of watching them love their smiles again. She says Lowery Dental is different because of how much time the doctors spend with patients and how they truly care for their staff. Sami is an only child and a mama to a little boy named Ryatt. She loves running her barrel horses — Stella and Doc. Sami has been riding competitively for 20 years.
